Is there a fragrance?
A soft botanical scent from natural essential oils. You will notice it as you apply; it is not designed to stay noticeable for long.
I have a sensitive scalp. What should I do first?
Try a patch test: spray a small amount on the inner wrist or behind the ear and wait 24 hours. If you have a scalp condition, ask a dermatologist or another healthcare professional before you start.
Does buying a bundle sign me up for anything?
No. A bundle is paid for once. There is no renewal, no membership and nothing to cancel. If you want more later, you place a new order.
When does it leave the warehouse?
Within 1 business day of your order. Standard shipping in the US costs $4.95; the UK and German checkouts show their own shipping cost, and delivery times are listed in the Shipping Policy.
What are the return conditions?
E-mail us within 30 days of the delivery date to register a return. Unopened items in their original packaging are refunded at the purchase price after they reach us.
